[Now Available] AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust for the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing

Yea, the stock exhaust does sound good. No comparison to the ATS-V. Hard to justify 3k+ for a little more sound.
I don't think the videos are doing it justice. In my opinion I think it atleast had a 30%-40% improvement in volume, and a 50%-60% improvement in sound signature.

Also, if you guys like the over run burbles in v mode. This exhaust amplifies that a bit as well.

Again I am very happy, but I have always been happy with AWE exhausts. If you haven't liked them on other cars, you won't like it here. I think its a nice "OEM+" mod. As in kinda shooting for what the car would.of idaealistically came out of the factory like, not making it an after market crazy beast of a car you can't drive everyday.

here is some better pictures and a link to a video on google drive of the exhaust note in sport and tour! More videos once it stops raining with a go pro comparing before and after :)

The tips aren't super adjustable due to the bends, this is far in as the outer tips can go, so I did that and then made the inner tips match.

Yeah, the ISF look is a deal breaker for me. If that can be corrected, it's worth the price.

I had AWE on my Focus RS and was very pleased with the note and fitment.

The tips in this video look even. I'm wondering if the uneveness in previous images is due to the installer.

Small request: Can AWE or someone with the exhaust provide some videos under load? Personally i'm not interested in how it sounds revving; much more important how it sounds borh inside and outside while cruising and WOT.

Did ya miss our entire sound clip video? 😅

Starts with an overview of what the system looks like, you can skip ahead straight to sound clips at 1:59

We make it a point to get every driving situation incliding interior, exterior, WOT, tame "in town" driving, etc.

Thanks - I did miss the entire video. I'd only seen shorter clips previously.

Why? They are not claiming any power increase. There isn't any from a catback exhaust. Its just a sound clip under load. Good clip, AWE. Thank you for that.
Yes they are.

From the AWE website:
  • Dyno-verified gains of +3 hp & +12 lb-ft of torque at the wheels
FWIW, I'm not doubting them, I just want to see where it gains power/torque.

I also wish the sound clip video would say what exhaust mode the car is in. "V-Mode" is not an exhaust mode...

Ok. I stand corrected.

We appreciate your interest! At AWE, we pride ourselves on being transparent and honest with regard to reporting every system's power output/gain. Releasing a system that doesn't produce measurable gains in power is against our core mandate. 🔍📈

We provide dyno testing numbers on nearly all product pages, located in the "Performance Specs" section. You can view the full product specs and dyno sheet here:

I am assuming that is on an unlocked ecu and on the same aftermarket calibration? A stock calibration car can't make any more power with aftermarket parts.

Thanks for the info!

What makes you think that?
Modern engines control torque output to predetermined maximum values. Changing these maximum values requires modifying calibration. So installing parts without modifying calibration only increases potential (if even that) of the car to make more power/torque, but not actually do so.

Pretty sure I have seen posts of power gains with mods and no reprogramming. I guess that means those maximum values you speak of are not met with factory configurations. ;)
