Transmission Choice

Which transmission did you choose for your CT4/CT5 BW?

Went with the 10 speed. Most of my driving is in the city, plus after the 8 speed in my last 2 cars ( Camaro SS and CTS-V) been wanting to try the new 10 speed. Heard nothing but good things about it.

Automatic because I already have 2 cars (ZL1 1LE & 350 Z Roadster) with manuals and the intended purpose (wife’s / family car) of this car is better suited for an automatic.

Couldn't agree more, if there was no manual it would be RS6 Avant, AMG e63s or M5.

I am only buying the car because it is a manual. I had a v2 manual and loved it. I passed on the v3 because it lacked a manual option. I only wish there was a wagon version

6MT. Haven't been in a manual since my GTO that I totaled in 2013.
Looked at V2's and was planning to buy an SS.
Got lucky with a 250 reservation for the 5 BW. Now I just need to come up with that extra $60k

I'm happy to see that most people here ordered manual. This should give some positive sign to other companies who put manual only in the cheapest trim and then complain that nobody buys them.

Manual. Been driving my brother’s cobra in manual and it makes the car so much more enjoyable to drive.
