Has anyone ran a taller then factory, numerous articles about width, none about height. Is the factory maxed out for height? Have 245/40-19, winters available in 235/45-19, total diameter increases by 0.6 inches, very insignificant increase, but don’t want to learn the hard way, maybe someone can ensure me there is a bit of room available in height.

I haven't ran a taller size nor have I considered it, but after looking at the space between the tire and wheel well, it looks pretty tight with minimal gap so not sure if it'll work out smoothly. You can always pull into your nearest tire shop or discount tire, and they can probably advise you accordingly because they probably don't want it to be a liability and tell you the wrong thing and they probably have a ton of experience to go along. You can also call tire rack and seek their advice as well.
