My PDR doesn't work at all, started a couple weeks ago. If I tap the icon, black screen.
It worked flawlessly the first 2 months I owned it, and they told me the car was due for wire harness recall which I hoped would fix things, but I just got it back today to no avail. All is still the same - not working

The Cadillac dealership told me they really didn't know why, and didn't make any effort to diagnose it. They told me the oil was changed too, but when I came it, turns out they didn't do that either.
I know they were understaffed and crazy busy, but come on.
Anyway, my next step is a system reset & a reformatting of the SD card.
Anyone know what to do? If I'm on the right track?
