Reduced engine power unless in Race 2?

Per the photo, I never hear this talked about but it appears engine power is reduced to some degree in all but Race 2. Any idea how much it's reduced? How about when PTM is off/normal? Am I running around with like 550hp unless I'm in the most lenient PTM mode? Would suck if that's the case for just having a quick blast in the street.

Anyone who's been to the dyno or drag strip who can chime in?

From my understanding, engine power is reduced when cornering when ESC or traction control kicks in. The higher the PTM setting, the less intervention you have.

Here is a chart from spring mountain showing how much TC and SC are reduced in all PTM modes.

The various modes are only reducing HP when the stability control or traction control kicks in. You can experience this on the track by experimenting with the different modes. None will reduce the HP in the straights unless you are spinning the tires.

It seems like there is no point in using PTM Wet. You could just use non-PTM modes.
