Installed the ported throttlebody and brisk plugs today on the ct4. What a weird setup for throttlebody placement. I'm assuming the tube under the throttlebody is for the crankcase ventilation system?

Hard to quantify, can't say I noticed any difference. By far the biggest was the jb4 then the downpipes. It's been in the 11.50's @ 123 on stock tires so it all adds up. Really need to get a tire under it.
I managed to get 12s flat with a throttle body and JB4 with 91 octane and a manual using the Dash Timer.
You can Run 93 octane as well, there's a different map on the JB4 that adds a bit more boost with the higher octane. I added some Boostane to bring up the total octane to 95 with the 12s run. I bet it would be high 11s on a prepped strip.Your strictly 91 or can you also run 93?
You can try running map 3 or even doing a custom map with a bit more boost Target and more fuel bias. You'll slowly have to increase the Boost and fuel bias and do lots of logs to make sure that your ignition timing and AFR's are in healthy ranges.I'm on 93 with Boostane, running MAP 2. Is there a better MAP for this? Rest of the car is stock.
