Did you tint the upper portion of that windshield? Kinda like that look.
I actually bought it like that. Unfortunately it came down past the AS1 line so it's not legal here in Texas. I removed it yesterday. Lord knows I need one less reason to get pulled over. I would say that it definitely helped when driving into the sun (i.e. when you'd normally put the visors down) but given the low slope of the windshield and how far the tint came down it was not ideal for driving during other times. Maybe I'd get used to it, but after removing it I'm happier. Perhaps if it only came down to the AS1 line it'd be more optimal.

No plate though...

I'm not a big fan of the front plate law in Texas. I don't run one either, but I have gotten pulled over twice specifically for no front plate (previous car). Both times were warnings.

I’m probably trying my luck but I haven’t run a front plate in 8 years… I hate front plates

In my driveway and clean. Ironically when I placed an order for a Blackwing I could not make my mind up on color. I actually told the sales woman the only color I knew I didn’t want was Midnight Steel Metallic. I thought it was an old man’s color. Then I saw it in person on another dealers lot and it grew on me and wound up buying it. No regrets and I get compliments on the color regularly.

Beautiful color. No doubt you get compliments. Midnight Steel is my favorite color on BW. Too bad it was not available in 2025.

I call it "Old Man Racing Blue" as a joke but it does look damn good.
