Looks Like the First 250 5's will be finished today or tomorrow and the First 250 4's next week. Will the plant should go back to the Standard Models for a while?

204 CT 4's have been produced and 243 CT 5's as of last update. This is where I got the inference. However @jwolf99 posted an article that Standard Production will not begin until 9/20 (see above)

Engine builder for my car (86-011) was Steve Stinson. The door sill is Keith Noser I believe. The font looks a bit wonky, but im pretty sure it is an s anyways.

I think its all random and no 2 cars should have the same name, but @Mirza Grebovic should be able to confirm.

Edit: for the crafted by. Engine builder names will probably be a few duplicates.

Exactly, I initially created a list of around 200 or so, then we as a team found some more. We also asked our plant team members for 250. Many cancelled or didnt submitt so we had to go back and find more. Some got damaged / scratched so we had to plan for back ups too. It was very challenging to be honest but the whole team is so passionate that we just dug deep and got it done.
