I'm in NJ as well. NJMP is probably your best bet. There was Atco too but that closed suddenly. I'm interested in trying some track days in the future. A friend of mine races and instructs at NJMP and you can take your car out in between sessions with an instructor for free so that's my plan for getting introduced to it
