what are some reputable shipping companies that you all are using when ordering from Sewell? Or do they ship to you?

You have to arrange shipping but they have one or more transport companies they have worked with. These are enclosed and Sewell has a minimum insurance requirement they require of them.

Thanks! Those two posts are the most detailed and informative I've seen so far about the order process. I had learned some of process along the way but this ties it all together.

My dealer explicitly stated my order is a 2027 and that the 2026 order book is already closed across the country due to constraints on seat massagers.

Was this for a 4 or 5? My dealer seemingly still put a 1100 order for me.

The OP was getting a 5BW, and I believe all the 5BWs come with massaging seats standard; no matter what seat you get.
