Gas tank not filling completely

First fill up since I joined this thread. Was in PA and self serve held nozzle at about 90 degrees and went to completion. I hope NJ comes to their senses and allows you to fill your own soon.

Press your hips against the rear fender closest to the fuel filler door and thrust into the car over and over while it's pumping gas. That gives an opportunity for the fuel vapor to release before the nozzle locks up and the car is left wanting.
