Gas tank door malfunctioning

Hey all. Just filled the beauty tonight after she sat for about a week. Nothing special, but when I went to close the tank lid it won’t latch closed.

I’ll take it into the dealership I guess on Tuesday, but I thought I’d ask here to see if anybody had this issue as well.

Hahaha… well I just used my leatherman’s philip’s head screwdriver to poke in the latch and it is now latching just fine.
