Finally got my CT5V BW central NJ

I was VP of GTO club of Greater NY. Our chapter started East Coast GTO nats. That was back late 80's early 90's.
I moved to NJ, our prez was a club dissolved year or 2 later.

I was involved in the SoCal Pontiac community during a period when I had a sadly failed father & sons project of restoring a 64' Bonneville 4spd Convertible. I miss that land barge. Got to meet and hang with Jim Wangers the Godfather of the GTO on many occasions.

That's awesome we tried to get him to come to our 1st east coast meet. He wanted $5,000 and hotel accomodations to do so
We did just fine without him. I did meet him & Paul Zazarine at GTO nats I believe in Ohio mid 90's
We had Dennis Kirban on east coast. Was at his house a few times in Pa. Really cool guy and a assassin at badminton
