Emissions - Option FE9

Question. Do you all cars come with emissions? I believe on my order FE9 was selected and I thought that was standard but the order guide just says it’s available? Just wondering how hard I need to push to get it removed. By the way this is for a CT 5 Blackwing

I asked my dealership the same question. They thought that all cars have one of the options, but if you live in a state that has specific emissions requirements you would chose that specific option. I do not know if that is correct, but it is what we guessed.

Apparently it is one of the three is required.... Either California, New Jersey, or other (FE9)
