Local Cadillac dealer's had one on the lot for at least three months. Asked sales if they were okay with test driving with no purchase intent and they were all for it.

This one is listed for $45k with 85k miles. At idle the DOHC V8 definitely mimics a pushrod V8 sound. Chassis felt tight despite the mileage. Took it on the highway. Gobs of torque with the 10 speed makes passing a breeze. Great for cruising. Took a U-turn at speed and was left impressed at how well it handles given its size and weight.

Interior is well insulated from tire noise and exhaust sound. Spacious back seats and trunk as expected. However, fit and finish is disappointing. Seats are unsupportive and too flat. Messed with the seat controls. They didn't do much. Lots of plastic. Fabric headliner straight from a Camaro. $100k MSRP when new. These are things that can be compromised at half the cost not for an A8/S-Class/7-Series competitor. Shame they ended the CT6 production early because am certain the next gen could've improved on these shortcomings. Unfortunately, can only imagine what could've been.
