Curated by Cadillac - Hand built CT5BW

I’m excited too. I had my appointment yesterday morning. The list of design options to choose is significantly larger than typical ct5’s. Stitching, all the different pieces of the bolsters, upper back rest and all. Very good that there was a designer to help me. It would have been overload after a while and I would have had some issues with the process. She was very good.

I looked at two paint colors. A green and a purple. Can’t remember their names off hand. Emerald lake metallic and some kind of twilight with the purple I think. She said she’d have the pdfs to me yesterday or today. I didn’t get them yet. I was going to post all at the same time but this is taking a little while. The order has to be accepted by GM by the 23rd of the month so I’m close. I’ll upload the docs when I get them. Very cool process. And one thing I realized with this blackwing - no rodeo for me this time!! Also the configurator isn’t available to the public. The concierge used it the whole time on a teams call and I watched as she created the builds. I didn’t get access myself.

The Boysenberry one looks nice.

So many of those colors would be so striking. I bet people wish they would just turn the color palette loose for any order. They would be spraying a lot of cars and people would pay for it.

Here are my builds and two color samples.

To me the Phantom Blue interior is the most unusual/different and a little on the sporty side.
Signet and Oxford Stone with Cinnamon is opulent/rich/refined.
Signet and Juniper is similar to just above but a little more subdued.

Thanks for sharing! I like the green and brown combo but also like the phantom blue interior the best. Tough decision. Pretty neat though.

Can you give her my number please :)
Did you ever sell your Black Diamond Tricoat? I remember you offered it to someone.

I would never part with mine, in fact I don't think it is even a choice on these curated ones. I would certainly play with the interior if I had all the custom choices.

Nope. Flirted around with getting a cheap C8 but the thrill of rowing the gears in the BW is unmatched.

Are you bound to keep the car through the Curated program?

What surprised me about this completely custom car I’m putting together. Only a 5k deposit. Maybe since I already have a bw I bought from them they aren’t asking a lot more.
