GM has started "Curated by Cadillac" program for a limited quantity of 2026 CT5 Blackwings. One can customize exterior and interior options similar to BMW Individual or Porsche Exclusive Manufacturer programs.

Press Release: Site Maintenance

On the outside, clients can choose from over 160 exterior colors, including high-gloss and frost finishes. Moving within the interior, an expanded selection of colors and materials can be mixed and matched, offering millions of potential combinations.

The result is a 668-horsepower high-performance sedan as unique as the enthusiast who envisioned it.

Inside the Artisan Center, every Curated by Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing will be hand-built, with bodywork hand-painted to a show-car finish.

I wonder if this means there won’t be a 2027 Blackwing?

Or maybe it means there definitely will be. Cadillac will easily sell out however many orders they want to take, and with such a premium, why stop?

If I were able to get an allocation, my first requests would be the 22-24 front end and driver's dash display (y)

Amen to that!!! And an "Enthusiast" edition package with the LT5 and 100 kilos weight reduction would be much desired too. But I could dream all day. Might as well be happy with what I do have...

I wonder what idea's they'll come up with next to make the BW even more expensive.
Truth be told this is something their competitors have long offered, and not just on the flagship models. Merc has Designo/Manufaktur, BMW has Individual, Audi has Exclusive. When you're aiming for a luxury clientele they expect concierge-esque service and customization.

Not sure what took them so long to come up with this.

CT5-V Blackwing Jailbreak! Seriously though, that’s awesome for those that are willing (and able) to spring for that one.

I wonder if you can add leather to the doors and dash. That would be sweet.

It looked mainly like paint and interior choices. I didn't see any mention of cost, but I'm sure it will be VERY expensive. I'm very happy with my '23. Just turned my 10,000th mile this weekend. I'm still surprised I have that many already.

Seems like that move sort of dilutes to the special 20th anniversary cars a bit.

Just like Dodge did with the one year only '21 Hellcat Durango...then it came back in '23 and looks to remain for the foreseeable future deleting huge amounts of equity for OG buyers that thought they had a unicorn. The factories can't resist printing armored truck fleets of money with these special packages which amount to the modern version of body cladding on an otherwise pedestrian car. "Come see the new 'GTS Sport' Pontiac Grand Prix with bold new graphics for '88!!!".

C/D starting $158,000 plus add on! Still no more performance GM joke

It's near the bottom of the linked press release:
MSRP starts at approximately $158,000 including destination freight charge, and excluding tax, title and dealer fees.

Don't get me wrong, I love this idea and also believe long over due. I can't wait to see what some people come up with.

I'd be happy if they had a $5k custom color option. I don't need a fully bespoke treatment, but it would be nice to have more color options.

Or even if they offered the same options as the other Caddy models. Seriously, why TF is Opulant Blue Metallic NOT an option????

Or just make the existing colors look better :)

Remember the threads about paint condition ? My new hood (after hail damage) was repainted horribly, but I still haven't taken it back to them. its just so inconvenient to take and leave it since I'm the only driver in my house.
