Order cancelled by GM Parts Store as item is in back order indefinitely and not available from any other supplier! Really?!

Only option seems to be finding one in an automotive recycling center (aka wrecking yard). Cross reference other models to see if they use the same part. If you are lucky, a more popular model also uses it and then it would be easy to find. Check an online parts search portal like car-part.com

Be aware that a new GM one may come with what looks like a black powder coat and not the natural unfinished look.

Did you try to see if your local cadillac dealer can order it, vs trying to order it online? Figured dealer should be able to tell you if they can or cannot get it.

That was my first choice but, unfortunately, they were not able to find it, they even didn't know the P/N!
It seems like looking for a Unicorn!

Since you're in Tampa, I'd hit up BMR in Lakeland and see if they wanna try to test fit one of their Camaro strut bars on. Might fit since the chassis and strut tower looks sooooooo similar between the two and both being Alpha2 chassis'.
