Another potential "value" is being able to get a confirmed allocation/build date.

In my case, I am fairly far down the list, but if I want to spend the extra money (basically CF2 and Full Semi-Aniline Leather/Carbon Seats) I can get one 'now' instead of waiting and hoping an allocation comes up for my regular build.

This is definitely a key value. Because the allocation is separate from the standard BW allocation, choosing it means you get a car, and with the carbon packages.

Every dealer I've talked with who seems to be in the loop is telling me that the allocations lists are fairly deep and the CF constraints are real. They've got me worried that if I want one with CF (My personal preference would be CF1 but not CF2), I may not get it. Hearing anecdotal stories here on year-plus waits for an allocation seems to confirm that.

I ended up passing on the Deep Ocean. Hopefully CF1 is available if/when my current build gets an allocation.

You are correct and I just got an allocation with Andrea at Anderson Cadillac. Apparently only 192 now.

Do you have a price yet from the dealership? I was talking to a dealership today assuming all of the above on pricing and content and then got a late message saying the price didn't include the Deep Ocean package pricing????

Supposed to order mid February and said we’d see details then. I’m not sure what they’re telling you isn’t included - it’s not a had built curated car
