You can either call your salesperson and ask for updates, or you can go to the Cadillac website, scroll to the bottom where you can click on the chat icon in the bottom right, ask for a live agent, give that person your order code and they will give you the updated order status.

I usually tell my customers to reach out to me anytime they have a question. I update them when status changes. I also reach out when the customer's order is next, but there is a restraint on a portion of their order. Some customers would rather make the change than keep waiting. I wish I could help and look up status for other dealerships, but GM has each dealership locked to only view their own orders.

Sounds like they are turning these things around pretty quickly. I am really interested to see how quickly the rest of the process goes for you guys and obviously we will need more pics once they arrive. GM has been pretty stingy with pics so far.

My non-DOB car was TPW 3/2 but ended up getting built early and delivered to the dealership by then. So definitely seems like they’re charging hard
