Help! Ct4-v blackwing shifter rattle

Dealer told me nothing is lose or wrong, there is nothing they can do. I don't know what I can do anymore.
This happen whenever I put it in 4th gear when the transmission is below 110 F.

seems normal to me especially if its still cold.

i just wanted to know if that is a normal thing for the tremec, because the noise is pretty loud and it takes an hour for it to get up to temp

Not normal. I don't know if you are aware, but there is a long standing issues with shifter assembly and shifter linkage bushing rounding out very quickly going back to 2016 on the ATS-V. From what I understand, they haven't changed anything on the assembly and the issue still exists on the 4BW. I have had to deal with it on the ATS-V where my shifter was replaced under warranty at 16k miles. However, the symptoms were different. It was clunking when cold (shifter mounting bushings) and general sloppiness (shifter linkage bushings), not this buzzing.

Even in our coldest winters, it shouldn't take an hour to get to temp. During a polar vortex I video'ed my cold shifts. If I can figure out how, I'll post that vid. At the time a couple posters mentioned it was due to shrinkage of some of the linkage. Once temps rose, the metals would get back to spec.

Patrick Cadillac in Schaumburg blew me off twice. Motorwerks in Barrington confirmed the issue and replaced the assembly.
