On the drive home Friday, I passed a commercial vehicle that was cruising a bit slower than I was. After passing, the vehicle picked up pace and followed me for about 3 miles - not close but he was not letting me get away either.
I pulled into a gas station to get gas and the comercial vehicle pulled in also and went to a different row of pumps. As I was getting the pump and the car ready to fill up, a young man (lots younger than me anyway) walked over and asked if he to take a picture of the V Wagon. Sure thing.
He said he noticed my license plate (SPD WGN) first and that it was a Caddy. He started looking for the "V" logo and found it. He knew that Caddy was building V sedans and coupes but was not aware of the wagon production. So, he wanted to check it out.
Nice young man. We talked for several minutes and I let him sit in the driver's seat and take in the car. He took several pictures also.
Nice way to end the day going home from work.
