CT4-V AWE-Tuning.com ready to make full exhaust kits

Cadillac CT4-V model
Not everyone likes the sound of a muffler less exhaust. I don't. I also don't like the backfires that it produces, though l love the mild burbling. Even a small muffler can remove the rasp, while retaining the overall volume. The problem is that you don't know what you will end up with until its installed and then you are stuck with it. I have a custom concept in mind using either two sets of borla or vibrant mufflers, just haven't pulled the trigger on it yet for the reason above. And I don't have a place that would do the work.

Greetings, everyone! We're very much at full boost on our upcoming valved SwitchPath™ offering for the CT4. Be on the look out for some updates later this month, and if ya haven't already, sign up to get notified via email right this way.
Are you guys working on a catback for the 5BW, too? I filled out the form many months ago expressing interest and am curious if you've made any progress.

.........I hope there is a muffler on the loud side and it doesn't stick out from under the bumper like the Corsa, and doesn't throw codes, like CPD. Anxiously waiting for something that better fits my needs..

Indeed! We decided to take care of the 4 while we were waiting for our in-house 5 to get delivered. It just arrived the other day (currently getting PPF'd), now we can dig into it thoroughly to create greatness. I will share more once we progress (y)

Very good - thank you!

Here I am considering installing my Corsa exhaust this week, but I don't think I can wait 6 months for a new exhaust to be developed. It would be ready just in time for me to put it away for winter again.

I am definitely hoping the AWE exhaust will tuck up better than the Corsa and unleash some sweet V8 music!

That’s where I was at, Ordered the Corsa catback because I was sick of waiting. Loved AWE on my Camaro so I tried holding out but couldn’t take it anymore. Wish I would’ve just bought the corsa on initial release honestly.

If you are able to share, roughly how much longer do you think it will be for you guys to release the 5BW exhaust?

Our very own 2025 CT5-V Blackwing is under the knife in R&D as we speak!

I can share that our engineers are working on a pretty sick (and valved) catback. AWE R&D takes as many prototypes as it demands to get a system that we are stoked to bring to you guys. We don't just slap a system up there that fits, all of our new product releases go through an extensive sound design, power testing, and much more...

Of course we will be posting in the forums as soon as we are close to release and again when it launches, but if you want to stay in the know as the exhaust moves through its paces, sign up right here :). Any qurestions, hit me!
