An article in Autoweek related to the Rolex 24 and United Sportscar in general noted that for 2016, the GTD class will be GT3 compliant. The COO of United Sportscar noted that some GTD cars are already GT3 based but with certain restrictions placed on them for GTD rules.
Maybe we'll see Cadillac Racing or some Cadillac customer cars in United Sportscar soon with the new ATS V.R.
I would be interesting to see Cadillac Racing and Corvette Racing on the same track at the same time.
