Better in cost vrs Squared up set and you get the extra meats in the rear, reasonable for the winter rides with shoes is probably easier, NASCAR swap for the winter.

Hell yeah! And not a winter tire to be found for the 18s or the 19s (that I could find in a quick look).

It's a bit early still for winters to be in stock for some brands. Hakkapeliitta R3 for real winters and Michelin Alpin PA4 for performance winters are still sold in 255/35/18. Probably won't see them for at least another 4 to 6 weeks though.

Yeah, I caved and bought the R3s yesterday. They had 265 too, so I'll put those on the rear.

I'm not in a position to wait and see on stock this year and given supply issues everywhere else, took the leap.
