Someone just posted this on a FB group. There is a site selling kits to add the rear view camera mirror to most alpha chassis vehicles, including the ct4 and ct5. Seems like you'd need to remove the roof liner and pillar covers... but those that don't feel comfortable doing that could go to a stereo/alarm/car installer and they could probably have it done in an hour or so.
