4BW CarPlay suddenly doesn’t connect

My car installed new software update last week… this morning the system doesn’t seem to recognize my iPhone (wirelessly or via USB cable) anymore. Restarted car, restarted phone, checked phone settings. No joy.

The car does indicate my “previously connected” phone but fails to connect.

No software update to my phone since I lasted used it in the car yesterday.

Any ideas?

Try deleting any in-car and in-phone "remembered" connections and start from scratch with a new pairing. If all else fails, try a factory reset of the CUE system. ("Return to factory settings" in the "System" menu)
