I think it was in the original tracking thread a few days after i found this place back in Sept '21.

Correct me if i'm wrong but...- User "TallSteve" hogtied(or would it be goat-tied) a goat in his local rodeo and his prize was a new CT4 blackwing. He reluctantly accepted the prize since he already had won a CT5 BW for having the tallest goat, named steven, in a prior 4H competition.
