2024 CT5-V Blackwing
Looking for some help in selecting the best bang for a $20k budget for my 2024 CT5-V Blackwing. Wo

What say you?

Below is what I'm considering so far. I'll also have to pay for labor as I'd rather have a shop do the complete work.

  • Supercharger Gasket Kit
  • Kong Xport Service
  • 2.3" Pulley
  • Gates Green Belt
  • Nick Williams 103mm Throttle Body
  • DSX Fex Fuel Sensor
  • DSX Fuel Line Adapter
  • NGK Spark Plugs
  • HP Tuner MPVI Interface
  • HP Tuners Credits
  • HP Tuners ECM Unlock Fee
  • Schmidty Tuning Fee
  • Dyno Tune Vehicle
  • Aeroforce Gauge and Pod
  • LMP Cold Air Intake
  • LMP Heat Exchanger and LMP Coolant Tank
  • Kooks Headers with Cats and Mid Pipes

I must be getting really old. I bought my 22' 5BW and will do absolutely nothing to it. To me , its perfect right out of the box. I have found in my years of owning cars.....the more you eff with them, the more headaches you get.
I learned that lesson the hard way with a 2013 Camaro ZL1. I got caught up in the forum hype around mods and thought a cold air intake and bigger crank pulley would be my ticket to muscle car nirvana. Well, one thing led to another—bigger injectors, labor, tuning, dyno time—and nearly $10K later, I had a car that never drove as well as it did stock. I went through five different tuners trying to sort it out before finally taking it back to stock, aside from the cold air intake.

Since then, I promised myself I’d never touch the engine or tuning again. These days, the only changes I make are cosmetic—wheels, carbon fiber bits, things like that. Nothing that compromises how the car runs.
