2025 CT5BW Line Lock

Curious if anyone has figured out the process for using the line lock on the 2025 CT5 Blackwing with the manual? I got it to the point where the parameters are met and I figured out how to use the launch control but the line lock I'm having a problem with. When I turn it on and press the gas, it doesn't lock the front brakes or rev the motor, it just sits at idle and I have to trun traction control back on or it won't rev past dile and acts like it has a dead pedel. I gotta be doing something wrong and have spent WAY to much time trying to figure is out. Any help would be awesome and a video would be fantastic!

Here is the relevant excerpt from the 2025 Manual. My BW is at the dealership, broken, so I can't take a video but I was able to use it on my car when it wasn't a dud
