2025 CT5-V Blackwing
I purchased z 2025 CT5 V Blackwing A10 and changed the oil at 1500 miles. Afterward I did some full throttle runs and the trans shifts at 6200 rpm. Is this normal? I previously had a 2017 ZL1 Camaro A10 and it reved to 6500 for each WOT gear change. I

You may want to speak with a black Wing expert at your dealer or service department to see if there's a setting where you can increase the shift point at 6500 RPM instead of 6200 RPM perhaps if that's a possibility...

I have a 2022 5BW with A10 and at WOT it can vary a few hundred rpm depending on what mode I’m in (example comfort vs sport or track mode). Check what mode you’re currently running. The car can also adjust shift point depending other factors such as engine temperature. I seriously doubt you will feel much difference of 300 rpm and at times, I feel the trans is reading my mind when performance shift is triggered.

I asked the dealership about the 6200 wot shift point and they said it was normal. They said that they cannot alter any of the shift points per GM.

I tried wot runs in both sport and track modes and they both shifted at 6200 rpms.
