2022 production numbers

... The CT5 I think is the worst selling car in its class. I don't think anyone anticipated what a hit this car was ... I think almost everyone who purchased a BW did it because they either had experience with a similar product from GM or other domestic automaker, or is a true enthusiast that doesn't care about getting attention or brand recognition.

Definitely true for me - I was one of the guys that ordered a manual CTS-V wagon back in the day, loved it, and deeply regretted selling it.

Some anecdotal proof that the 'halo' effect works: My wife's friend and her husband came to visit a couple of months ago and got a quick ride in the Blackwing. Three weeks later, out of the blue, we get a text message with a picture of their new CT5-V (non-Blackwing). Had a BW been available I'm sure they would have got it.

Sometimes it feels like if GM management would get out of their own way they'd be stomping all over M and AMG...
 
I thought @Rob said the 2022 was completed, or at least the 5's were and he was working on the 4's.
