I had a 997.2 turbo manual several years ago…I didn’t like it at the time due to lack of exhaust sound and long throws on shifter…in retrospect these issues could have been remedied with mods but crazy to compare to blackwing today and how good GM oem shifter and exhaust can be.

5BW Coastal blue 6 speed is my vote but I’m biased…I don’t think interior color is a dealbreaker on this car as it really feels good driving the 5 and you will grow to like the interior I suspect

I think this is true for a lot of cult cars out there…as years go on and people recognize how good the blackwing is without new models being made, people may search for cars with particular options that add value for them. I spec’d mine as I couldn’t find the combination I wanted used…6MT...

Love the e36 M3 especially with those wheels. I like your taste. I also have a 991.2 GT3 manual…great variety with the blackwing and my guess is similar track times based on my experience at Spring Mountain (which btw you have to do and included with new blackwing purchase).

Manual as that was the only reason I became interested in a Cadillac!

I passed on all the north suburbs Cadillac dealers back in 2023-2024…they all wanted over msrp…ordered from a Michigan dealer with high blackwing volume and received my blackwing at msrp…no games.
