You have to attend the class within the 1 year. It would probably be best to contact Ashley at Spring Mountain ASAP. At least you can make your case to Cadillac that you contacted Spring Mountain within your first 4 month of ownership

My buddy that works at the local GMC dealership ran the part number for me. It returned that there were 2 at the local GM warehouse in Baton Rouge, La. (I live an hour away from Baton Rouge). I went to accessories.cadillac.com, found it, selected my local Caddy dealer where I ordered my car...

I checked the box on the accessories.cadillac.com order form when I placed my order and had the dealer install it. It arrived in 2 days. Was $112 to install. I didn't want to drill it myself after I read the 20 page installation document. LOL

Yep. Same for me. I emailed Keri @ Accelerated and she said she didn't show my VIN, but said to check back later in the week. I emailed again on the Thursday and she told me it was slated for pickup on Fri. Jul. 1 with estimated delivery for Tue Jul. 5. Missed it by 1 day, it showed up Wed. Jul. 6.
