Couldn't agree more, if there was no manual it would be RS6 Avant, AMG e63s or M5.

Just curious and will know more when I see one in person, but doesn't the wheel gap in the CT5-v Blackwing look more than the CTS-V? my 2018 CTS-V (all stock) has very little wheel gap and it looks great. maybe the pictures make it hard to tell.

I asked my dealership the same question. They thought that all cars have one of the options, but if you live in a state that has specific emissions requirements you would chose that specific option. I do not know if that is correct, but it is what we guessed.
