Since we have a "regular" ATS 2.0T sedan in the garage that can haul just about everything we need to haul, I suggested we sell the V Wagon and buy an ATS V coupe.
She said "That would be the day the earth stood still!"
She may be right. I really love the V Wagon but I keep thinking how much...
CASPER comes to mind - that was Susan's suggestions.
Ghost V hits me a little.
My first V was black and I called it DARTH-V but your ATS is white. Can't come up with anything else at the moment.
Ferraris finished first and second this weekend but neither were driven by Berretta.
Andy finished 4th and Johnny finished a not so great 12th.
But Berretta finished 4 laps down in 28th. Giving Johnny O'Connell his fourth straight driver's championship in the World Challenge.
YEAHA!!!!!
:rocker:
After 4+ years, my V Wagon brought home a trophy at a car show.
Of course it helped that it was probably the only car in the class - "2010 to present general car"
I'll take it anyway - A win is a win.
You need your 'beauty rest!'
The delay is shipping your V to you is ridiculous. But, what can you do about it?
Go back to sleep and dream of Danica driving your car naked.
I read the World Challenge news this morning and noted that Berretta in the Ferrari are toping the time charts in practice for this weekends race.
Over the last couple of race weekends, Johnny O has taken the points lead over Berretta, so Berretta needs a good weekend to take the championship...
In case you didn't notice, Johnny O won both races at the Miller Motorsports park last weekend with Andy finishing 7th and 5th in each race. These wins push Johnny closer to the points lead in the World Challenge series.
That sucks!
Is there still a shortage of rail cars to transport them?
I've had good luck getting my special order cars. It's a real shame that you are having so much trouble.
Just wondering if any with a V Wagon has insured it with a 'stated value' or collector car insurance policy?
The V Wagon is pretty rare as V's go and stick shift Wagons even rarer. Since Cadillac has shown no interest in building a third generation CTS Wagon (V or otherwise), replacing a V...
If GM has a business case for phasing out the push-rod V8 engine and going with something else, I'm sure they will do it.
Not much we'll be able to do about it either way.
In the meantime, the small block Chevy has created the biggest bang for the buck in automotive engines for a long time...
Should have checked the Museum delivery box - Oh wait a minute, they don't do museum delivery of Cadillacs. They should.
I hope they don't have it strapped to an oil tanker somewhere.
When I went to work today in my V Wagon, I had a blacked out V Coupe near me for 4 miles. It caught me heading to the freeway. I waved at the driver as it passed me but did not see a response as the windows were blacked out. I'm not sure the driver even knew that it passed a V Wagon.
I...
When I test drove a CTS Vsport a while back, I noticed the exhaust noise inside the car when I switched to the performance setting and that made me wonder if the Vsport exhaust was like that all the time outside the car and whether the car was sound proofed enough to hide the noise inside.
I...
Sorta expected that.
The new C7 Corvette comes exclusively with Pilot Super Sport tires. I put Pilot Super Sport tires on my V2 last year and my C6 427 Vert last week.
The Michelin PS2 seems to be old news these days for performance tires.
Early in the video, the owner points out that there were only 509 CTS V Wagons built with the manual transmission. Where did he get this number?
Where can I find out how many V Wagons were built, per year, with manual transmissionts?
I found this article from Jun '15
2016 Cadillac ATS-V Sedan Test ? Review ? Car and Driver
At any rate, C&D bad mouths the CUE in the story above and bad mouths the designers for not keeping up with the engineers while calling the ATV V the best driving car in the class (ATS V, M3, C63).
My...
