Help! Insurance? Stated Value? Collector car?

Just wondering if any with a V Wagon has insured it with a 'stated value' or collector car insurance policy?

The V Wagon is pretty rare as V's go and stick shift Wagons even rarer. Since Cadillac has shown no interest in building a third generation CTS Wagon (V or otherwise), replacing a V Wagon will be nearly impossible. If something were to happen to it, I'd like to have enough of an insurance payment to ease the pain.

I'm thinking that the "V" is still too new to be considered favorably in the 'collectible car' or stated value markets.
My V Wagon is rare but I also drive it all the time. So, I'm living with my regular car policies and hoping no one totaled it for me. Came close last Saturday when someone ran the red light and hit the pick-up in front of me.
