This exact same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. 3800 here, 4300 from chat agent, and dealer said it had not shipped but ETA was 5/6. Well that came and went. When I checked a week later with Cadillac it was moved to 4000 then 2 days ago it was moved to the Autoport at Delta lot. Like...
If it was my main car I would have got an automatic, however since its a 3rd car I got it in manual. The manual will most likely hold its value better, if that matters to you.
Honestly I ordered one mainly due to life circumstances right now. I wanted a stick, but something I could pick up my...
Yes, Cadillac chat told me mine shipped as well 2 weeks ago. So I asked dealer, they said it had not. A week later Cadillac said it was "Available to Ship".
Honestly I wouldn't get your hopes up until you actually touch it in person. There was a guy on here that went to the dealer because he...

Someone else did mention their...
Who knows? My status here is 3800, a couple weeks ago Cadillac told me it was 4300, dealer (at the time) said it was not shipped, but had a EDD of...well...today (5/6). However I checked with Cadillac again today and its changed to 4000.
This site's tracking says mine is 3800, Cadillac rep told me its 4300 - Shipped, dealer told me it hasn't even been assigned to a carrier, but has an EDD of 5/6. 3 sources, 3 completely different statuses.

I have a feeling they have some of these chips and are installing them in new cars on the line because its easier than going to the lot and installing them. I sure hope its not the case, because its terrible way to treat customers, but I have a feeling its what might be happening. I doubt they...
I would say CF is best if its not going to significantly increase cost. That way people who want CF will be happy and those who want to paint will be happy.
