track mode with PTM on race 2 - no manual shifting with paddles

IIRC
slip target 12%
1600RPM - reduce if you are losing traction from a dig
^^this is my overall best 0-60 time so far -- this one was on all season tires, @ 70*F, using custom settings with RPMs set higher than auto had them at launch.
My best times on the OEM summer tire are a back to back 3.8 & 3.9sec 0-60 on a newly paved road. The first few were trash, so I...
I reached out to Borla first because they did a ton of R&D on the NPP system for the ATS-V. In theory, that system should be optimizable for the 4BW with little effort. It also sounds terrific in person. Deep, but far from raspy and obnoxious on stock downpipes. It is dyno validated as well...
I had to go on a treasure hunt in my PC for this one haha (please see SM specs in pic above)
All PSI readings assume OEM tires (the shoulders on TPC spec tires are from a cup 2 and are specific to the BW)
Lower the starting pressure for track use - it should increase to 35psi when all warmed...
Thanks for the PDR film -- crazy question -- did you have your toe and camber set more aggressively prior to road course use?
A street alignment on any track will contribute to enhanced screeching and squealing at 8/10ths and beyond effort/pace -- it translates into the feeling of not having...
What was the cumulative time to install all of the CF bits? I would like to purchase the whole set and install it myself, but I also have a close friend who does body work if I will need some help. Trying to gauge it out/see if its a feasible DIY
Also, I absolutely dig the CF on shadow...
I went with the PS4S A/S on my OEM wheels for a dedicated winter set (sizes 255/275)
The short answer is yes they are more stable in the rain and you do get some more feedback before snapping loose in the cold/wet like the stock tires do below 45*F.
The ride is slightly quieter, and a tad...
front looked like the OEM PS4s
rear tire looks a lot like a toyo r888r due to the pattern near the sidewall but it has two grooves when it leaves a treadmark in the prep at 6:19 in the video on YT
I just reached out to BBE to inquire whether they are still actively working on a 4BW exhaust system and the short answer was yes. It's still a prototype, but it is in the works.
I would love to see this make it all the way to production, but have zero expectations. We shall see.
See...
What tool do you guys use to remove/swap your wheels?
Can I just bust out the big Milwaukee impact? Or will that cause all sorts of issues?
Thanks in advance
Would be a nice touch to toggle that feature for 30sec when the V mode button is pressed like the Porsche sport response button. The 911s simply haul ass during that brief period of time.
Thank you very much. I also sent an email to Apex and Corey confirmed that the 18x10 ET42 will fit the CT4 BW rears.
Shoutout to @Apex Wheels for the speedy customer service and expertise.
My goal for these wheels is to upgrade to race tire and go to 265 and 285 size tires. Maybe one day if I...
If you are looking for a NJ based dealer with a lot of BW service experience and the correct lifts, Gold Coast Cadillac may be worth the extra 45 minute drive IMO. They replaced my engine and diagnosed a steering issue for me with very impressive response times for both. It made me super...
