what is the brake brandishing procedure? 80 mph down to 20 mph 10 times in a row then let cool? sustain 1 g of braking?
This was the procedure on the GT500 so i am curious if Cadillac CCB is the same
if you spend $100 a week for a mobil detail service to come to your house and give you car an exterior detail its 90 weeks or 3 years for us Michigan guys.
Somehow i still do want the CCBs tho...
for track use im suprised im not hearing about the F3 supercar that goes on the ZL1. I have heard they have a ton of track life, and do even better then the pilot sport cup2 for repeated track use
question about the Titanium lug nuts on the site. Is there a Spline option available for one of the lugs per wheel to help deter theft? or does that really not make a difference in reality.
Great write up. It does remind me that the steering is very sharp but the feel isn’t quite as great as I would have liked. The interior is great (I had 3LZ). The CCB brakes were so good as well, decent feel but not as good as the Shelby..
a reliable dealer will know how to handle them. they pretty much have to. That being said if you have really nice forged or any other kind of wheel, it may not be the best idea to take them just anywhere.
you may want to check the forums and may be able to offload the carbon wheels for a good...
i havent owned blackwing. But ive spent 2 days in a Z06. I must say its one of the best experiences ive had driving that car. It had an aftermarket exhaust as well. Man it screamed and i had an absolute blast driving it.
