The only M6 I've driven had the eliminator installed. So I haven't experienced this. But how does it force you to 4th? Does it physically lock out 2 and 3? I always thought it was just the dash notification.

Has anyone had PPF professionally installed on their CT5 or gotten a quote for it? I requested a quote for the full car (CT5-V BW) with Xpel Stealth PPF. Including the paint correction and prep, the cost was right at $10k. I wasn't prepared for it being that much, but maybe my expectations were...

Right. I meant it isn’t the same one that came in the c7z, ZL1, or CTS-V3 even those also have the LT4

The challenge is with the ECU. It is a new architecture vs. the one that came in the C7Z, ZL1, and V3. So tuning will be a challenge until it can be unlocked. As for JDP, yep. They built both my G8 and my SS.

Looking forward to learning and contributing to the community here. Especially looking forward to getting my 5V-BW. Like many others I'm currently driving a Chevy SS. I'm most interested in what possibilities there will be to modify the Blackwing so I'm hoping there will be some tuning options...
