Yes, it has a fuel cell mounted in the trunk. There's a pretty involved video they did after their Cannonball attempt last year.

I read that this one is a different driver and car. Both black CT4V Blackwings though.

It's supposed to be the same car and primary driver but with different copilots.

Yeah he has reviewed it at least 4 times (for the CT-4V it's the same), and then a lot of "comparison" videos where he just reviews them again and puts them up against other cars.
