CLUTCH FLUID CHANGE

Do a brake flush every two years. And that will keep it clean.

There is no blender valve. So the factory procedure is do a vaccum bleed if you want the clutch slave bled.

Alternative Google Ranger Method of sucking brake fluid out of the reservoir and then pumping clutch pedal to see if dirty fluid comes out. Repeat until clean.

Gm recommends brake fluid flush every 5 years. Way too long. All European mfg been on a 2 year schedule last 30 years

What about a remote clutch bleeder like the Katech piece for the 6th gen Camaro?

Fully agree on the brake fluid exchange, it's probably the most neglected fluid on American cars. I go 3 years on my regular cars, 2 on the BW. Motive Products brake bleeder is one of the best DIY tools I have.

On my V2s, I simply sucked out most of the fluid in the reservoir then partially filled it.....pumped the clutch and dirty fluid came up, then sucked that out and repeated till I got clear fluid. seemed to work. Never had any clutch problems.

I maintain a couple of German cars so something being a pain has never stopped me. I'm more curious if it's possible to fit one.

Vacuum bleed all 4 brake calipers in order to get the clutch slave cylinder bled?

And, will the Ranger method work since I don't have a separate clutch fluid reservoir?

There are some good youtube videos on Corvette and Camaros - which some have combined and some dedicated reservoir. Same approach.
