Pad for right knee rest?

I bought it on the Stinger forum. I can't find it now.

Amazon does carry a pad that appears to be completely comparable. Don

My only issue is that my right knee is only an inch away from the dashboard. I am concerned that in a front end collision, my knee is going backwards and I will end up with a mangled leg and hip.

The hard trim strip at the top of the transmission tunnel is the only contact point for my right leg, and that's where I like to rest my leg on long trips. It gets uncomfortable quickly. Is there an aftermarket solution to better match the shape of the tunnel to a leg resting against it? (I searched and came up with nothing.)

I have the same issue, I think the weird, unusually shallow foot well has something to do with this problem. The footwell also causes difficulty exiting the vehicle.
