I contacted the Cadillac advisor, they gave me the whole VIN, but when I enter it into the Cad app, it does not give me a choice of ct5-v bw ... maybe your car is farther along in the process than mine:)
To be fair, I do not have a specific number but I found the below and I would call and just navigate my way to the office/person I would need to talk resolve this.

I think I would call Cadillac corporate directly (not the online text chat) and see if I could get somewhere. Should not be this difficult, but that's what I would try before I hung up the hat on it. Hope that helps and hope you are able to get one.
Have you tried calling Cadillac directly? Now that things seem to be somewhat moving forward, I would call them to explain the 3 workbench orders and they may help in solidifying a firm order. Sorry if you tried all of this in a previous post and I missed it.
Well, as of 5 minutes ago with Cadillac advisor my car's TPW just changed (read: pushed back) from 7/5/21 to 7/19 ... with a new status code of 3550??? I thought that was for imports??
