Upsized 5BW tires: Options on stock wheels?

Partly covered on forum, but need clear answers: With the unavailability of AS tires for the 5BW, I'm looking to upsize. What're the bigger options on stock wheels, without rubbing or much odometer/speedo variation: for instance, could I go to 285/30-325/30 or what? Seems like there are several options in this combo, and maybe others...

Shoot, even Michelin PS4 cones in different contact patch versions, GM, BMW, MB, Audi and their normal total performance PS4. Same 275 or 285 width tires, the contact patch changes for each version.
