Winner Declines car?

Hello, Does anyone have an Idea what happens to the blacking that was won in the initial reserve if the winner declines the car when it shows up at the dealer? I have a friend that does not want the car now, but said I could have it. Any ideas on how to transfer it?

He prob has to call Cadillac and explain the situation. It is my understanding that it is dealers discretion if it has already been delivered. Expect a markup if that is true

He’d probably have to buy it and then sell it to you in order to make that happen. Technically, it’d then be used with you being the 2nd owner.
