CT5-V Where is my Blackwing

I ordered a 2022 CT5V Blackwing last Dec 1st. The Cadillac virtual assistant said was it was build this past June. However the dealer and Cadillac will not give me any information as to its status. Any help will be appreciated

Not to be a jerk, but man, where does anyone even start trying to answer this?? Like @NorCal Blackwing ...get some popcorn and start reading the THOUSANDS of posts on here. It's probably in the goat pen in Mich waiting for parts. Your dealer needs to step up.

If your sales advisor is not helping you out, have you tried escalating the issue within your dealership. Everyone here is on the same boat and not sure what are you expecting from the community.
