Welcome/Approach Lights "dance"

26 CT5V, Anyone's else's dynamic welcome lights not work? I can only get a static response upon approach. This is at night with the auto headlights activated.

If it's not working, it usually means your battery voltage is below a certain threshold.

How long are you letting the car sit for between key cycles?
