Does the LF4 coolant pump push or pull? Please help me...

This should be a pretty straight forward question, but does anyone know wheich way the pump flows? I'm assuming its a pull, but I would like to confirm, also, where does the oil cooler fitting (the one pictured below) go to? I'm trying to get the LF40 plumbed up, but I need to figure this out...
